Your whole chat races to crack one secret five-letter word. Word Pop turns your LIVE chat into a giant word-guessing team. A new secret word appears, the clock starts, and every viewer who types a five-letter word into chat gets their guess on the board, with their name and profile picture. Type a word, see it land. Any real five-letter word in chat counts as a guess. Normal chatting is ignored, so your chat can keep talking. Read the colors. Green: right letter, right spot Yellow: the letter is in the word, but somewhere else Gray: the letter is not in the word Work it out together. A shared letter board keeps track of every letter tried, and the secret row fills in as your chat finds letters. First to solve wins the round. What your viewers can do in Word Pop
- Guess a Word: Every chat message is read: a lone five-letter word is a guess and lands on the board with the viewer's name and picture. Chatter and words that are not in the word list are ignored. The keyword is fixed to * (any comment).
- Extra Time: Adds 15 seconds to the clock of the current word. Default fires every 50/100/250 likes; rebind freely.
- Letter Sweep: Crosses three letters off the letter board that are not in the secret word.
- Reveal a Letter: Shows one letter of the secret word in its spot, signed with the sender's name. A word gives away at most the number of hints set in Settings (never the last letter); extra hints are saved for the next word.
- Word Swap: Throws the secret word away and deals a new one. The old word is shown, the board is wiped, everyone starts over.
- Golden Word: Turns the current word golden: every point it pays counts three times. Sent between words, it gilds the next one.
